When I first got started I was following a lot of fitness people online and thought that meal prep meant I had to cook full meals and line up my grilled chicken, steamed broccoli and rice in little containers. I felt like the meals were boring AND the process seemed overwhelming.

Are the recipes gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, etc?

The recipes follow my formula for a well balanced, clean eating meal. They are ALL gluten-free. 37 of the 58 recipes are vegetarian and 19 of those are vegan. For any recipes that aren't vegetarian or vegan, I've included a cheat sheet of simple swaps you can make to meet your dietary needs.

Will my partner eat the meals?

YES! These meals are spouse tested and approved! Isaac is my toughest critic and he loves the recipes in all of these ebooks.

How do I download the ebooks?

Immediately after you purchase the bundle, you'll be directed to a page with a download link. We'll also follow up with an email with the ebooks. If you don't see the email show up within 2 hours of purchase, please email hello@eatingbirdfood.com.

Do you offer a printed option?

Unfortunately we have discontinued our printed version. You can send the digital version to a local print shop to have them print and bind it!

We have strategically designed the meal plan for one person so you can easily adjust for your household size! Cooking for two? Double the recipe. Cooking for 4? Quadruple! Only easy math here.
